The banner image captures two women engaged in a lively conversation at a modern, well-lit workspace. One woman, wearing a headwrap and patterned blouse, is laughing joyfully, while the other, with short platinum hair, listens attentively. The setting features warm lighting, coffee cups, and paperwork, creating a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere.

Diversity

We will work to recruit and retain employees at all management levels—and encourage the appointment and election of volunteers—who collectively reflect the rich diversity of Canada and the membership we serve, so they can bring unique perspectives to the table and together advance the association’s mission in more inclusive and innovative ways. We appreciate that these unique perspectives arise from a variety of dimensions of diversity, such as race, culture, religion, mental and physical abilities, age, sexual orientation and gender identity, including 2SLGBTQI+ identification.
